A Golbi member account is one free login for your whole household: a parent or guardian sets it up, adds each child as a guardian-controlled profile, and keeps the household's basic profile and contact details ready to pre-fill supported forms when the family joins another organization on Golbi. We call that your family passport, and it comes with you to any club you join.
Each organization sees only what you choose to share with it. Private records, medical data, uploads, consents and signatures, payment details, requirement status, a child's data, and an organization's permissions never move between organizations on their own.

One passport you carry
Your account, profile, and guardian links stay with you. As profile pre-fill rolls out, supported forms can pre-fill basic profile and contact details (name, email, phone, city or ZIP) for you to review and edit. Medical details, emergency contacts, uploads, signatures and consents, and each club's own questions are still answered for that club.
No organization required
This is a personal account, not an admin workspace. You do not run anything, pay for anything, or manage a club to have one.
Private by default
Your profile is private unless you choose to share it. Minors are guardian-controlled, and Golbi shows no ads and never sells member data.
