Is this right for your group?
If you're looking at camp registration software, day camp registration, summer camp sign up software, CampMinder alternative for small camps, here's exactly what Golbi does today — and what's still coming — so you can decide with no surprises.
The practical promise
From open-registration day to the last pickup: sign-ups, forms, rosters, and family communication in one workspace.
The work is bigger than one spreadsheet.
What Golbi is designed to make easier.
A simple path from sign-up to your first win.
Start here
Publish your sessions and the forms and waivers each one requires.
Bring the work together
Let families register and sign per child in a single guardian cart.
Keep it moving
Group campers and track form completion as sign-ups come in.
Close the loop
Communicate with families through the summer, by session and group.
Private by design, safe for families.
What's ready today
Golbi is not a camp-health or medication-management (eMAR) system and does not offer camp photo-sharing apps — camper health details stay in whatever your camp uses today. Session registration, per-child forms and waivers, and group rosters are ready in early access; taking registration payments online is rolling out to pilot camps and turns on per camp.
Use clear launch language.
What works now, what is planned, and what Golbi does not do.
We only list what's actually live today. If something says Planned, it isn't ready yet. Restricted means no plan includes it — we turn it on for one organization at a time, by hand, after a conversation. We'd rather under-promise and get it right for your members.
Keep exploring.

Start with one real group, one public page, one form, one roster, one dues list, or one checklist. Add bigger workflows only after the privacy gates pass.
