Create private checklists for coaches, volunteers, and members.
A coach may need to upload yearly training proof. A volunteer may need to sign a policy. A guardian may need to finish a signup item. Golbi keeps those tasks in one place.
One place for public pages and private admin work.
Checklists can include review and renewal.
Checklist sets
Group forms, signatures, file uploads, dues steps, and admin approvals into one checklist for a role, team, season, or program.
People finish their own tasks
Coaches, volunteers, guardians, and members see their own tasks, due dates, upload steps, and review status.
Admin review
Allowed reviewers can approve, reject, ask for changes, waive, or add due dates for submitted items.
Checklists work best when tied to roles and seasons.
The demo shows checklists as part of the group setup. Admins can think about roles, seasons, due dates, uploaded proof, review choices, and renewals.
Need to model coach or volunteer rules?
Ask how to set up yearly training, school approvals, guardian forms, volunteer policies, or upload tasks for each role.
Yearly coach training flow.
Set clear expectations before assigning checklists.
What works now, what is planned, and what Golbi does not do.
We keep this list careful on purpose. Do not tell members, parents, board members, or sponsors that a planned tool is ready until it is live in Golbi.
Checklist status can be sensitive.
Missing training, rejected files, waiver reasons, background-check forms, and review notes should not be visible to other members, coaches, volunteers, or public visitors. Golbi should show details only to the right person or admin. If a roster needs a label, use a simple one like eligible or not eligible.
